Students must use the required edition of the books/pieces indicated. The works below are the most standard solos for the horn from the 18th and 19th centuries that are available for download in public domain editions. Some horns may require oil every day, and some older instruments will require oil heavier than standard valve oil on bearings and linkages. There is no danger in using too much valve oil.
